Deadline 15™

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

Deadline 15™ ("the App") is developed, owned, and operated by Reece Braid as an independent application. This Privacy Policy outlines our data handling practices for iOS users.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

Deadline 15™ does not require user accounts, email addresses, phone numbers, or passwords. Your display name for multiplayer matches is stored locally on your device and transmitted ephemerally to facilitate matches.

2. Multiplayer & Server Infrastructure

Online multiplayer matches connect through backend server infrastructure hosted on Render. During an active connection, transient network data (such as temporary IP addresses, game room IDs, and in-game moves) are processed strictly in memory to coordinate gameplay. No persistent user accounts, chat logs, or movement histories are retained after your session ends.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free version of Deadline 15™ uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Depending on your consent choices and iOS tracking permissions, AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as IDFA) and diagnostic data to deliver advertisements. You can review Google's advertising privacy practices at Google Advertising Privacy & Terms.

4. In-App Purchases

Purchases for "Ad-Free" and "Ultra" upgrades are processed entirely through the Apple App Store. We do not receive, store, or process your credit card numbers or billing details.

5. Audio & Assets

Game audio assets (including voice clips produced with ElevenLabs) are bundled directly inside the local application binary. The app does not access your microphone or transmit audio recordings.

6. Children's Privacy

Deadline 15™ is designed for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Ad requests operate under applicable child protection frameworks (COPPA/PIPEDA).
